These Terms of Service govern your use of the JARSEA website and your purchase of products from JARSEA, operating under the brand name JARSÉA.
By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable policies, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. About JARSEA
JARSEA is the business operating this website and selling products under the customer-facing brand name JARSÉA.
JARSEA reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when published on the website, subject to applicable law.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order through the JARSEA website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a transaction.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
JARSEA may limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product availability without prior notice.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, JARSEA may cancel the affected order and provide the applicable refund.
4. Product Information and Images
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, colours and other product information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, minor variations may occur due to photography, lighting, device or screen settings, and reasonable manufacturing variations.
Such variations do not excuse a product from being materially different from its advertised description or specifications.
5. Prices and Pricing Errors
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change.
JARSEA makes reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing and product information are accurate. If an obvious typographical, technical or other genuine error results in an incorrect price or product listing, JARSEA may correct the error.
If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to such an error, JARSEA may cancel the affected order and provide a full refund of the amount paid.
6. Orders and Customer Information
JARSEA operates a guest-checkout model and does not require customers to create an account to place an order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information, including their name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
Please review your information carefully before placing an order.
JARSEA is not responsible for delivery problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.
7. Payment
JARSEA accepts prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders through the payment methods made available at checkout.
Prepaid orders are processed after successful payment authorization or confirmation.
For COD orders, payment is collected by the delivery partner at the time of delivery. COD availability may vary based on delivery location, order conditions and other applicable restrictions.
JARSEA reserves the right to verify COD orders before dispatch and to decline or cancel a COD order where verification cannot be completed or where the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
8. Order Acceptance and Cancellation by JARSEA
Placing an order does not prevent JARSEA from refusing or cancelling an order in limited circumstances, including:
- suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
- obvious pricing or listing errors;
- product unavailability;
- inability to fulfil an order; or
- incomplete or inaccurate information necessary to process the order.
If JARSEA cancels an order after payment has been successfully received, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines and law.
9. Customer Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.
An approved pre-dispatch cancellation will receive a full refund, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be handled under the applicable Return & Refund Policy, where eligible.
10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by JARSEA’s Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should review that policy before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Shipping
Shipping, delivery timeframes, shipping charges, tracking, lost shipments and delivery issues are governed by JARSEA’s Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
12. Intellectual Property
The JARSEA/JARSÉA name, logos, branding, website design, written content, product photography, graphics, images, original designs and other materials made available through the website are owned by or licensed to JARSEA, unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use JARSEA’s protected materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
13. Customer Reviews, Photos and Testimonials
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials or other content to JARSEA, you represent that you have the necessary rights to submit that content.
Subject to applicable law and any rights you retain, you grant JARSEA permission to display and use such content for legitimate website, promotional and marketing purposes.
JARSEA may remove customer-submitted content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the JARSEA website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
You must not:
- attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
- interfere with or disrupt website operations;
- use automated methods to improperly access or extract website content;

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or a transaction with JARSEA will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Indian courts and authorities as determined under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right or remedy available under applicable law.

JARSEA will acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and address them within the timeframe required by applicable law. The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require acknowledgement within 48 hours and redressal within one month.

JARSEA may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, website, services or applicable requirements.
The revised Terms will be published on this page and will become effective from the stated effective date, subject to applicable law.
